Unopened serums. Opened pigments. Training fees.
Exchanges for products? +
Some unopened items can be exchanged within 7 days. Customer covers return shipping; we’ll ship the replacement after inspection. No exchanges allowed for Serums.
Are Nue Conceal pigments and serums safe? +
Yes, our formulas are produced under cosmetic GMP with safety documentation (SDS/COA) and third-party testing. Request certificates from support if you need them for your files.
Do you test on animals? +
NO!
What’s the shelf life? +
See each item. As a guide: unopened serums 12/18 months; once opened, follow the PAO icon (e.g., 6–12M). Store cool, dry, and away from light. Best refrigerated.
